Your tasks in our team:

  • Own the initial outreach with emphasis on lead generation, messaging, timing, communication channels and follow-up methods
  • Ensure to identify all relevant stakeholders in the customer decision process
  • Explain the service offering, process and USPs to potential customers before scheduling the initial discovery meeting with the sales representative
  • Document all interactions (including follow-ups being planned for the future) in the CRM tools (HubSpot & Salesforce)
  • Proactively request feedback on discovery meetings being held by the sales representative and fine-tune the outreach based on those learnings
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management including top of the funnel reviews and forecasts
  • Together with colleagues, conduct market analysis to explore opportunities or focus areas
  • Run specific campaigns both short and long term

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or commercial training with several years of professional experience in B2B or comparable environment, preferably experience in customer acquisition and/or pre-sales activities
  • Experience as a internal solution sales representative, preferably in the IT environment
  • Knowledge of Operations solutions, Supply Chain, Maintenance & Service and Distribution
  • A proactive individual with a positive attitude who regularly studies accounts and identifies key stakeholders
  • Experience with Hubspot and Salesforce or equivalent CRM tool
  • You have a customer centric attitude with the utmost regard for providing a quality product and service
  • You can work autonomously and like to pro-actively improve your workflows
  • You have a growth and business oriented mindset and a strong drive to exceed goals
  • Self-motivated and proactive individual with a team player attitude, eager to learn and contribute to the team's collective goals
