Your tasks in our team:

  • You will manage and handle 2nd level support to address complex technical issues that cannot be resolved by the first line of support
  • You use technical skills to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
  • You work closely with product and development teams to overcome technical challenges
  • You provide in-depth product knowledge to both internal teams and customers
  • You oversee hypercare processes, including the rollout of hotfixes
  • You perform customer system updates during the project phases (DEV, QA, DEMO, PROD)

Your profile:

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field is required
  • Proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer or in a similar technical role
  • Solid technical fundamentals with a deep understanding of software and hardware systems
  • Experience in Java and SQL Light and strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills, especially for complex technical issues
  • Familiarity with standard components such as ID issues, production orders and line controls
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical details in a clear and understandable manner
  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 support environment, showing us flexibility and adaptability
  • Experience with Stack Trace preferred
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
