Our solution comes with a user-friendly website to open cases about potential violations of EU rights, social or environmental standards. Use this channel to submit information anonymously, under a pseudonym or with personal identification. We offer the option of customising the website to use your corporate design.
Benefit from AI-powered pre-grouping of incidents by specific topics. Based on workflows, cases are automatically opened and assigned for follow-up. This minimises the need for coordination and supports compliance with regulatory deadlines, such as for responses.
Our solution is developed with our legal partner Graf von Westphalen to ensure that all regulatory requirements are met. This includes the archiving requirements that differ between the Whistleblower Protection Directive and the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act. If you also need to comply with this Act, our LkSG solution can support you.
Our solution enables you to comply with two different legal requirements: the EU Whistleblower Directive and the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act. The complaint management system allows whistleblowers, potential victims of human rights abuses or NGO representatives to create and track cases - either anonymously, with a pseudonym or with personal identification.
By setting up triggers, conditions, actions and timers, you can automate your workflows to eliminate repetitive and time-consuming tasks and increase overall productivity. You can easily start with our out-of-the-box templates and build your own company-specific workflows over time.

Companies with more than 250 employees have to provide a Channel to file complaints since June 2023 and smaller companies with 50-249 employees will be required to set it up from December 2023 onwards. Whistleblowers can use the channel to address different topics such as criminal activities, violations of labour law, of regulations on product safety, data protection etc.). At the same time, companies need to establish a process to protect the whistleblower and to follow up and report on the incidents.
The solution provides a website to enter complaints in the tool or via a chatbot. Furthermore, a number for calls is provided (variable fees occur in line with number of calls). The solution furthermore clusters all complaints and provides a case management to follow-up on them.
The solution automates as much as possible to provide a lean process. It enables you to be compliant with minimal effort. When also using the Supply Chain Due Diligence solution, the system helps you to also record the cases in line with the LkSG requirements.
